In project LF 22, we did a complete architectural turnover of a two-room apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom, a utility room, and a living room with a kitchen into a three-room apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchen and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It uses an interesting concept in the master bathroom, the bathroom is integrated into the closet. 

We adhere to the client’s desire for a home with a lot of sanctity, a sense of luxury, opulent and rich textures, and continuity  – our main colors are classic walnut wood, marble, cream, and shades of truffle. We have integrated some color through textiles, art decorations, and movable small furniture, whose color scheme can easily be changed after years.

We paid special attention to the textures, which alive give a real sense of comfort and fullness. For example, the dining table is made of panels with a leather finish, as well as the sections above the sofa. The wardrobe in the master bathroom is a combination of gloss, which gives a subtle mirror effect, while the bedside cabinets are in boards with a super matte finish. The work area has a desk with a velvet mat finish, which is easy to maintain and very pleasant to touch.
