For the Evolution office in Bulgaria, we had to solve, in addition to the visual problems of the space, the functional inconveniences noted by the different teams in an already operating office.

To this end, we collected information from the different teams about their inconveniences in everyday life and what problems we had to solve: lack of space for outerwear and shoes during frequent coffee breaks, noise, lack of privacy, very strong light from the southern windows, lack of space to arrange all the tools of the TechOps team, setting up a new training room with enough tables, setting up new small office rooms, etc.

We conducted an in-depth analysis of how the rooms were used by the different teams in the office building. We integrated the corporate symbols, logo and colors into the interior design, after familiarizing ourselves with the company’s brand book.

It is specific that the employees work independently and in shifts, which implies a completely different organization than in other offices for the lounge area. Here we designed multiple single-seater chairs with an acoustic partition on each one, allowing for privacy for 25+ people at the same time during short breaks. An approach that is typical of airports.
