Office building Hyperzon

For the creation of the interior of the Hyperzon office building, great professionals whose field of activity is digital marketing and branding in markets on three continents, we had an interesting task –
to bring life and coziness to a space composed of 70% polished concrete on the floor, walls, and ceilings, 17% windows, and 13% painted walls.

The catch is that concrete should not be damaged and should be protected. This means overall a few places to express the desired warmth in design and many things to comply with.

However, it was not the vision and the beauty that was our major concern, but the acoustics in this resounding space. Acoustics are of primary importance for the experience in a restaurant, for the quality of concentration of office workers, and for audibility during calls with partners. This was the first problem to solve in this project. The second was how to implement beauty while using acoustic-appropriate materials.

Acoustics are of primary importance for the experience in a restaurant, for the quality of concentration of office workers, and for audibility during calls with partners. It is of vital importance when 15-20 people spend 8 hours a day in one room. We solved this main design case for the project with the help of our partners from DECIBEL.bg. All the paintings and panels on the walls and ceilings are actually acoustic panels.

We believe that good interior design is one that enhances the overall environment, paying attention to all the senses: touch, warmth, softness, sound, adequate lighting, function, and of course fills the eyes.
