At house PA07 we made a complete renovation – interior and exterior of a 100-year-old villa at the foot of the Vitosha Mountain. The building construction does not allow even minimal structural changes. Therefore the project is guided by the possibilities for renovation of the building and the forest atmosphere in the area of the house. We created space for the missing second bedroom under the roof by making the most of the 5.5 sq.m. area. The romantic style and calm pastel colours are consistent with the owners’ vision and feeling – an adult couple.
