The assignment for Apartment SA09 was to create the design of a high-end investment apartment for rent and than manage the whole project till the final touches. As the preferences of the future occupants of the home are unknown, it is decided in more uniform colors and clean modernist design. The second bedroom has a style that allows it to become both a nursery and a room for two adults.
