The pleasure of synchronizing and communicating with the craftsmen, the furniture, and all the subcontractors was ours. The apartments are handed over to the owner, completed, as seen in the pictures, without a single on-site visit by the client during implementation.

Our client real-estate investor needs a modern, yet a bit classical and family-oriented design for high-class made-to-rent apartments in one of the top living areas of Sofia, Iztok. 

The apartments have two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet, therefore the profile of the future tenants was most probably a families with kids.  That’s why we bet on warm colors, softness, and a sense of family comfort in the interior design ideas.
