In the typical new-build 85 sq.m. two-bedroom apartment, we used every inch functionally and smartly to make room for all its occupants.
And here, they are: the parents of two youngsters under 5 and a husky. The southern exposure and the high floor allowed us to close one window in favor of a large U-shaped kitchen with a wide worktop and two refrigerators.
With the intention that everything should be resistant to children and pets, the walls are covered with washable wallpaper and scratch-resistant plaster.
The bathroom has two fans, two siphons and a shower area with floor-to-ceiling glass to keep it dry even when used by the children.
All furniture is custom-made, with hidden niches and the use of every volume.
