What is the first thing we start thinking about when creating a trainings and meetings hall?

No, it’s not the vision. We start thinking first for  acoustics and the function. In order for many people who speak in one place to feel comfortable, there must be a sufficient amount of noise-absorbing materials.

For the smaller hall with the function of a cabinet-meeting room for internal company gatherings, we have used exactly such noise-absorbing fabrics when choosing furniture: upholstered chairs, carpets, soft roman-type blinds and plan to add acoustic panels if needed.

In the large hall for trainings and events, we covered the floor with office carpet, which, in addition to refracting the sound, also gives interesting color details. The greatest amount of noise and return of noise occurs from the ceiling, therefore on it we applied acoustic panels from Decibel.bg, which harmonise with the oval arches on the walls and clothes stands.

The halls are in an office with a predominantly female audience – employees, customers, partners. The delicate colors, arches and fluid shapes recreate the feeling of elegance and femininity that we received as desires for the style from the client.
