In the brief, the client asked us to propose a design for a high-end urban rental property and our approach here was radically different from our approach to personal residences.
In the Pulse of the City apartments, we opted for calm monochrome colors, modern and clean lines, and added character with a few easily moved colored elements and delicate black elements.
We selected materials that are easy to maintain and with hard-wearing properties.
Again, we put a lot of storage space.
In addition to being pleasing to the eye, interior design is also a great investment tool and can double the price of a rental property when it’s in a nice neighborhood and with good exposure.
